These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit Thread Republic, create an account, place an order, save or submit a custom design, request a quotation, or use creator and admin-supported workflows.

Use of the Website

  • By using Thread Republic, you agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate account, contact, shipping, quotation, and order information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity performed through your account.
  • We may update, suspend, restrict, or remove features, products, listings, accounts, designs, or content where required for security, legal compliance, quality control, or business operations.

Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • Product images, mockups, colors, sizing, print placements, and availability are shown as accurately as possible, but screen colors and physical print output may vary slightly.
  • Prices, discounts, coupon codes, shipping charges, availability, and product specifications may change before order confirmation.
  • Inventory is subject to size, color, and product availability. If an ordered item is unavailable, we may contact you for replacement, timeline revision, wallet/credit option, or refund as applicable.

Custom Designs and Uploaded Content

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, artwork, text, image, brand name, face, slogan, or file uploaded to Thread Republic.
  • We may reject or cancel custom designs that appear illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, infringing, misleading, politically sensitive in a harmful way, or unsuitable for printing.
  • Final print quality depends on the uploaded file resolution, color profile, artwork clarity, selected print area, garment color, garment type, and production method.

Orders, Payments, and Checkout

  • An order is confirmed only after required customer details, shipping address, product options, and payment or approved test checkout flow are completed.
  • You must review product, size, color, quantity, design preview, address, coupon, and total amount before placing the order.
  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms, uptime, and verification rules may apply.

Wallet and Cashback

  • Cashback credited to a Thread Republic wallet may be used only toward eligible future online orders placed through the official Thread Republic website.
  • Wallet cashback is promotional credit only. It is not legal tender, has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash in India or in any other country.
  • Users may use available cashback only on future Thread Republic website purchases, subject to checkout eligibility, wallet balance, and any applicable campaign or order conditions.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, Thread Republic reserves the right to reverse earned cashback or declare any earned, unused, or unutilised cashback null and void at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, payment reversal, cancelled or refunded orders, technical error, or changes to the cashback programme.

Creators, Reviews, and Admin Approval

  • Creator submissions may be reviewed by Thread Republic admin users before approval, rejection, pricing, color availability, and product listing.
  • A creator ID may be used to track submissions, approved designs, product performance, orders, commissions, and payment disbursement.
  • Commission eligibility, payout details, UTR proof, creator KYC, and UPI details may be reviewed before payout processing.

Bulk Quotations

  • Bulk quotation requests are treated as inquiries until confirmed by Thread Republic with final pricing, production timeline, print details, delivery terms, and payment terms.
  • Submitted quotation information may be saved while the form is being filled so our team can follow up and help complete the request.

Liability and Changes

  • Thread Republic is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the website, delays, rejected artwork, third-party services, or customer-provided content.
  • We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
